Jeans are an indispensable and basic element of the wardrobe that every fashionista should have. Almost 150 years have passed since the first couple appeared. Since then, denim has not gone out of fashion, only the shapes, shades, and density of the fabric change. This year we offer a special look at wide jeans and pairs in the style of patchworks. Also still in the trend are jeans with contrasting twists, models in the style of the 1970s, bright denim, and a non-standard cut.

In the new season, spring-summer 2021 in the trend are relaxed silhouettes and relaxed shapes. This trend also affected denim. So, the focus was on wide jeans, which decorated the collections of many brands. Chloe showed extra-voluminous jeans in dark blue, Jacquemus relied on a muted coral hue and overplanted landing, and Christian Dior showed free jeans paired with elongated shirts.

The patchwork trend is still relevant this spring. Designers offer to choose jeans consisting of several shades of denim or using printed and single-tone fragments of different fabrics. The most striking example of a patchwork denim was jeans from the Dolce & Gabbana collection - the creative duo Stefano Gabanna and Dominico Dolce showed a collection built on combinations of different textures and shades of fabrics, where jeans became the main element. In order not to overload the image, such jeans are best combined with concise white T-shirts.
